We understand that things come up and appointments may need to be cancelled. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Vaccinations play a vital role in protecting your pet. By ensuring that all pets are up to date on their vaccinations, we create a secure and healthy environment for everyone. Here are the ones we currently recommend:

Canine Influenza Vaccination
We encourage you to inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions or known health concerns your pet may have. This information allows us to provide the most appropriate care and make informed decisions during their service.
In the event of an emergency, we understand the importance of clear communication and offering support to both you and your pet. We will keep you informed about the situation and allow you to make the best decision for your pet at the time.
Matted fur can cause significant discomfort and potential health issues for dogs. It can pull on the skin, create painful tangles, and even lead to skin infections if left untreated. The groomer will assess the severity of matting in each individual dog and prioritize the safety and comfort of your pet above all else. If your dog's coat is severely matted, we may need to recommend a shave-down.
Cats can be quite sensitive and unpredictable during a grooming session. If a cat exhibits signs of distress, anxiety, or discomfort, such as vocalization, aggressive behavior, excessive struggling, or other visible signs of stress, we will immediately pause or stop the grooming service for their safety.
